If your invoice is not paid within time period set out in terms and conditions (3 days) or within pre-arranged terms and conditions then the following penalties may apply:
- up to 2 weeks overdue £20 charge
- up to 4 weeks additional £20 charge plus 1%
- over 4 weeks additional £20 plus 1% per month overdue thereafter.
These penalties are not exclusive and may be in addition to third party recovery costs.
